(5)Control signal input pin
(1)Insert the pin of the optical switch into the pin sockets Pin1 (①) and Pin2 (②) of the optical switch on the drive board, and ensure that the fixing hole of the optical switch is aligned with one of the fixing holes of the optical switch on the drive board;
(2)Place the M2 screw into the fixing hole, fix the optical switch and the drive plate;
(3)Solder the pins of the optical switch to the drive board;
(4)Connect the power cord of the drive board: the power supply voltage is required to be between 6.5 V - 7 V, and the rated output current of the power supply is at least 500mA;
(5)Connect the 5V TTL level signal line to the drive level interface of the drive board: the frequency of the drive level is required to be DC~2.5kHz, depending on the required switching frequency of optical switch; The electrical characteristics of the drive level shall comply with the standard 5V TTL level standard;
(6)Activate the control signal TTL, and then turn on the power to drive the circuit board. Optical switch starts to work.
(1)In the fifth step when you power on the drive board, the TTL control signal must be low or high level, and the suspended unknown state X and high resistance state Z are not allowed.
(2)The power consumption of the optical switch is related to the working frequency of the optical switch. The higher the working frequency, the greater the power consumption of the optical switch. It is not recommended that the optical switch work at a frequency higher than 2.5 KHZ for a long time.
